Modern Mindfulness for Inspiring Collective Change

UPCOMING (VIRTUAL) EVENTS

MIGHT WE EVENTS

Ordinarily, MightWe hosts monthly in-person events at the Elenor, where we gather to connect with members of our community, learn from a local speaker and enjoy breakfast snacks, coffee and tea provided by generous local partners Water Avenue Coffee, Smith Tea, Nora’s Kitchen Granola and Honey Mama’s.

To best serve our community during the COVID pandemic, we are temporarily shifting to virtual tools, live videos and zoom events to support our individual and collective health and well-being.

Each session will no more than 30 mins in total, with a 15-20 minute practice followed by 10 mins open for dialogue, time to connect with fellow community members and/or questions. The live presentation will also be recorded and available on our website at a later date.

To register to receive a recording after the event, sign up HERE.
